Game-changing Delhi restaurants you need to look out for (and make a reservation pronto!)

The culinary scene in our city has been bustling and some wonderful establishments have opened doors to wow our taste buds. 2016 is not one to be left behind guys, and it’s off to a good start! Here are some restaurants in Delhi that Stevie’s been raving about and you must visit soon.

Perch Wine and Coffee Bar

Nestled in the ever-busy Khan market and newly opened Vasant Vihar, Perch is a sight for sore eyes. The white walls, windows and numerous potted herbs are extremely welcoming. Perch boasts of a grand selection of wines and smashing cocktails. Their seasonal menu will always leave you pleasantly surprised. Their wide range of coffee courtesy Kaffa Cerrado deserves a solid mention too. Here’s giving a pat on the back to Vaibhav Singh, Anand Virmani and his excellent team.

It’s a sure shot hit that will only keep growing from strength to strength!

The Fatty Bao

The Fatty Bao presents to us an interesting take on Pan Asian cuisine. Every dish created by Chef Manu Chandra is an expression of all the years of culinary experience behind him. It was an instant success thanks to its fresh and flavor-forward fare. The fabulous designer cocktails and slick service helped too! The innovative take on Asian cuisine at Fatty will keep you coming back for more!

Delhi Club House

Marut Sikka spent months researching Clubs across India before opening the aptly named Delhi Club House. It offers us nostalgic dishes associated with famous Clubs, but with a fine-dine twist. The food is superlative, the desserts divine and the cocktails excellent. The interiors have a lovely classic feel with the wide windows and beautiful antique bar. This gem of a restaurant needs to go on your to-do list now!

Take our word for it, the the cocktails will leave you smitten. The well-versed staff will make sure you leave fallen in love with Farzi. Book your table soon and enjoy the ride!

Ek Bar

Quirky. Bright. Funky. Happy. These words will pop into your mind as you make your way into Ek Bar. Ingenious. That’s what you think as you enjoy your tipples. The innovative cocktails, with the inclusion of Indian flavours seem too good to be true. Culinary mogul AD Singh and Chef Sujan Sarkar have poured their soul into this new venture. The story of great drinks starts with ek bar…

The Piano Man Jazz Club

The city’s first jazz bar has so much to offer- fine artists, delectable nibbles, and marvelous cocktails, and a great vibe! When Dirty Apron opened upstairs, the Eurasian Dining tag really piqued our interest and didn’t fail to impress. Each bite off the innovative menu (on either floor) surprises and delights! Kudos to Arjun Sagar for beautifully filling a gap in the city’s social landscape. The unique cocktails and doting service are bound to keep you happy. An evening in this establishment will indubitably be great!

The new it-place in Delhi that draws in crowds from South & Central Delhi, you’re guaranteed to bump into 5 other friends on a Friday / Saturday night. Go here for the ambience, slick service and drinks; the food can be slightly moody!
