India’s largest mall, DLF Mall of India has a plethora of options for dining but there was little customer awareness about it.
The goal was to highlight & celebrate the diversity in dining options at the mall.
In December 2019, we hosted a month-long multifaceted campaign called Food for Every Mood for DLF Mall of India. We organized various events under the campaign to reach out different audiences including a baking workshop with popular baker and author, Shivesh Bhatia, a one of kind panel discussion called The Startup Diaries: Project Passion Edition and a pizza-making workshop for young chefs.
For the Food For Every Mood campaign, we conceptualized and designed various interactive installations that were put across the mall to increase customer interaction.
We also worked with the different food & beverage outlets present in the mall to implement various offers and promotions.
The campaign clocked in a milestone footfall of 1,00,000 people at the mall on Christmas Day.
The comprehensive digital media plan to promote the campaign saw over 3,00,000 impressions.
The Food For Every Mood campaign also received extensive coverage on social media, billboards, radio, newspaper, etc.
